SAFCEI Invite Beyond Nuclear with Kumi Naidoo et al

Support Southern African Faith Communities Environmental Institute’s fundraising breakfast in Cape Town  where information and entertainment partner to bring you the latest information about the status  of South Africa’s proposed nuclear programme.  Key note speakers include: Kumi Naidoo previous executive director of Greenpeace international and respected human rights activist,  Davin Chown CEO of Genesis Eco-Energy SA whose company has build a number of wind farms across South Africa as part of the REIPPP (Renewable Energy Independent Power Producer Programme} and,  Nik Rabinowitz whose show Power Struggle uses laughter to alert us to renewable ways of using and producing energy.

Proceeds support the legal costs of SAFCEI and Earthlife Johannesburg’s challenge of the unconstitutional and non-transparent process being followed by the government in its bid to acquire new nuclear power stations.
